Rapat was contracted to design and build a material handling system for a new facility that converted yellow pine wood chips into renewable crude oil. The project included conveyors, supports and connection chutes to transfer the wood chips. Due to environmental and corrosion concerns, Rapat hot-dip galvanized all equipment, and the conveyors were fully enclosed to reduce dust emissions.
